Rooms were very clean and comfortable, hotel staff very helpful in helping us to get where we wanted to go, able to walk all over downtown area incl. Old Montreal.

This was a great hotel for the price. Location was fairly central to the action of downtown and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is rundown and tacky with minimal conveniences. The staff is helpful and attentive but this is the only positive attribute.

Not enough hotel staff. Room was dirty. Bed was the quality of a youth hostel. Unable to support the guests in a timely way.

The hotel may have been nice previously, but with a drug clinic recently moving in, the environment was unsafe. There were drifters hanging out in the parking lot, and all throughout the streets. We asked about security in the parking lot, but the hotel had none. we did not want to be outside after dark.
